Your account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity in the business workspaces you own. Business owners control who is invited and what role each member has.
Subscriptions
Plans are billed per business on a recurring basis until cancelled. Cancelling stops future billing; access continues through the paid period.
Estimates are guidance
Quotes, verdicts, routing times, mileage and profit figures are estimates based on the settings and data you provide. You are responsible for the prices you charge and the jobs you accept.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt to access other businesses' data, or upload content you do not have the right to upload.
Your data
You own your business data. You can export it at any time from Records and Money.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, LoadWorth is not liable for lost profits or indirect damages arising from use of the service.
