Information we collect
Account details (name, email, phone), business and vehicle settings, jobs and day plans you create, expenses and uploaded documents, and — only when a driver turns on workday tracking — location points during an active workday.
How we use it
To operate LoadWorth: calculate pricing, verdicts, routing and profit; store your records; send notifications you enable; and provide support. We do not sell your data.
Location data
Workday GPS tracking is opt-in per driver, runs only while a workday is active, and is used to measure miles and time. Points are automatically purged after the retention window configured for your business.
Sharing
Data is shared only with the service providers that run the product (hosting, database, mapping, AI processing of documents you upload) and only as needed to deliver these features.
Data isolation
Every record belongs to a business workspace and is protected by row-level security. Members only see the workspaces they belong to, limited further by their role.
Retention and deletion
You can delete records at any time. Ask us to delete your account and we will remove your personal data and business records, except where we must keep records for legal or accounting reasons.
