Information we collect
Account details (name, email, phone), business and vehicle settings, jobs and day plans you create, expenses and uploaded documents, and — only when a driver turns on workday tracking — location points during an active workday.
How we use it
To operate LoadWorth: calculate pricing, verdicts, routing and profit; store your records; send notifications you enable; and provide support. We do not sell your data.
Location data
Workday GPS tracking is opt-in per driver, runs only while a workday is active, and is used to measure miles and time. Points are automatically purged after the retention window configured for your business.
Sharing
Data is shared only with the service providers that run the product (hosting, database, mapping, AI processing of documents you upload) and only as needed to deliver these features.
Data isolation
Every record belongs to a business workspace and is protected by row-level security. Members only see the workspaces they belong to, limited further by their role.
Retention and deletion
You can delete records at any time. We keep your data only while your account or workspace is active, except where we must keep records for legal or accounting reasons.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account yourself inside the app: open the Account menu, choose "Account & security", then "Delete my account" and type DELETE to confirm. This removes your login, your profile and your membership of any workspace, and cannot be undone. If you are the only owner of a workspace, close that workspace first on the same screen — closing stops billing immediately and its records are removed after 30 days. You can also email support@loadworth.app and we will delete the account for you.
Downloading your data
Before deleting, you can download a spreadsheet copy of your workspace — priced jobs, money owed, trucks and payroll — from the same Account & security screen.
