Is the web app separate from the mobile app?
No. Both use the same account, business workspace, subscription and data. Anything you save on the phone shows up on desktop instantly.
Where do my cost numbers come from?
Your Setup screen: fuel price, MPG, maintenance and wear per mile, plus your driver pay method. A smart baseline can estimate these from your truck and city.
Can my bookkeeper get the data?
Yes — Records and Money both export to Excel and CSV, filtered by month, truck, driver, lane or source.
How is driver location handled?
GPS workday tracking is opt-in per driver, only runs while a workday is active, and points are purged automatically after your retention window.
